Coventry For Intermediaries 2015-2019

Objective

I was excited to take on new responsibilities with Coventry Building Society, working specifically with the Coventry Intermediary brand on the Broker Stories and 10-year pledges campaigns. My role involved producing web banners, designing a dedicated webpage, and collaborating with a UX designer to create effective email layouts. I also worked on ensuring the imagery aligned with the B2B brand’s established typography and photography style, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity. This opportunity allowed me to combine creativity with strategic communication, effectively highlighting the impactful stories of our brokers.

On a 10-year pledges campaign, where my primary responsibilities included producing an email invite and work with a UX designer to creating a webpage detailing what attendees could expect at the event. The goal was to encourage brokers to visit the Coventry for Intermediaries stand at the Financial Services Expo in London. The email invite needed to be compelling and informative, highlighting the key benefits of attending the event and the unique offerings at our stand. Also I had to work with key stakeholder and copywritter to help provide comprehensive information about the event, including the schedule, speakers, and networking opportunities, to ensure brokers were well-prepared and motivated to engage with us at the Expo. To add an engaging touch, I incorporated a sweet image background in both the email and webpage, alluding to our "Pick a Mix" stand at the Expo, designed to attract brokers with a fun and interactive experience.
